Hulk pose for reference. For starters, i love this model. i was going to use an actual shark rig that i found but it wasn't compatible with Maya 2015. This rig system is actually extremely similar to the ones we've been using in class. The controls are in the right spots, and they move the geometry well. The only difference between this one and the ones we use in class is that this is a stretchy model. The controls don't get in the way at all. I would definitely animate this character, i like the model and the system is easy to use and navigate. The only issue i saw was the dorsal fin atop the head all moved in individual pieces, the hierarchy wasn't in place.
